Like a celebration of exploring the fluidity and power of individuality, the latest Burberry Fall/Winter 2021 campaign oscillates between tradition and anti-conformism. Playing on the concept of duality, the campaign pits raw, classic studio photos captured by photographers Mert and Marcus against bold and candid shots captured in the backstage of Fall/Winter 2021 presentations by photographer Chris Rhodes. The collections themselves transform through these opposing lenses, encouraging different points of view.

“This season is very much about freedom of expression and the importance of exploring creativity. And so, for the campaign, I really wanted to build on those notions and have the collection captured from two different creative perspectives. I collaborated with the amazing Katy England on the style of the campaign to create a beautiful and powerful fluidity through two juxtaposed images, and I am very happy to have also worked with Mert and Marcus and Chris Rhodes to bring them to life through each of their unique looks." - Riccardo Tisci, Creative Director

Burberry's Fall/Winter 2021 collections by Riccardo Tisci thus explore concepts of modern femininity and masculinity with a certain sense of daring. Paying homage to the indomitable strength of Mother Nature and British craftsmanship, the collections give a nod to those who have ventured into nature, breaking with convention on their journey to building a better future.
