Website E! online notes that Mendes already shills for the designer's fragrance, and Calvin Klein officials say they’re not backing away from the Hitch hottie just because the troubled starlet recently spent a little time in rehab.

“We were already in one [fragrance] campaign when it [rehab] occurred, and it did not affect our decision making for the underwear campaign,” a Calvin Klein exec said.  She is currently the fourth ranked most desirable woman in the world, (as ranked by askmen.com) and that makes her a definite world class choice.
