Panos Emporio’s ranges have been largely established for a few years now. The main range, launched in 1986, is the core one; Poison by Panos, which came out half a decade ago, is aimed at a younger, funkier market; Unlimited Love is a line created literally to express the concept of love; Alaghí is aimed at a more traditional market. There are men’s and children’s lines as well.
This year’s directions take their inspiration not just from the Mediterranean but from the desert—an unusual choice for the man behind the brand, Panos—and tropical gardens.
Poison by Panos continues to take its inspiration from street culture mixed with high fashion, with Panos citing punk, metal and Goth influences against a black colour base.
Unlimited Love, this time around, still asks the wearer to have plenty of confidence, and the images are shot in the typical, sexy way, but there are more solid colours this season rather than complex prints, which was how the line originally débuted.
