The US socialite sisters are now in Tokyo for the promotion of Japanese fashion brand Samantha Thavasa — for whom they are designing handbags.

The heiresses to the Hilton Hotel fortune are designing a high-end collection of purses for the Tokyo-based label, available at New York's prestigious Henri Bendel store. During a recent photo shoot in Times Square, the leggy siblings literally stopped traffic.

Apparently, Paris and Nicky want to make their own names, and don't just want to be granddaughters of the Hiltons.

And, despite growing up in the lap of the lavish Waldorf Astoria, the self-declared fashion addicts have reportedly spurned their hotel management roots for the glamorous fashion industry.
