who attended the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of
Art in New York.
The annual event celebrates the launch of the museum's latest fashion exhibition. This year is Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy.
Inside the museum, guests such as Liv Tyler were greeted by 30ft (9m) statues of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman.

likened Victoria's outfit to the Disney character Cruella De Vil.
