Every polish has been carefully edited, developed and evaluated with an artist's eye, producing a library of hues that are deeply and richly saturated throughout.

Jane Schub, the creator & designer of STRANGEBEAUTIFUL™ has drawn inspiration ranging from the Ettore Sottsass Red Valentine typewriter to Josef Albers color theory. I am particularly drawn to Sottsass's work with MEMPHIS, a group of designers, who regarded design as fashion with outrageous style. Willful and provocative, vibrant, eccentric and ornamental my intent has been to develop a different approach to nail color that is not fashion driven and position STRANGEBEAUTIFUL™ Library of Color "more as an accessory for your hand than just another nail polish."
