Megan Thee Stallion didn't just drop her debut album, Good News, last night, she released a hot new music video too. The Houston-born rapper shared the steamy visuals for her track "Body" at midnight, featuring a daring wardrobe and a handful of surprise cameos from celebrities and fellow hip-hop stars.
The "WAP" hitmaker was inspired to pen the fiery anthem as she appreciated her figure during quarantine, she revealed in a YouTube Released interview. "I'm like walking around the living room, freestyling, and appreciating my quarantine body 'cause I feel like I got a little fluffy and thick, and I was like, 'Baby I still look good,'" she explained.
While rapping to herself in the mirror, she thought, "What does this beat make me want to do?" Megan recalled. "So I'm, like, rapping and twerking, and I'm like, 'Body. Look at this body.'"
