Fashion influencers have already started supplementing their fall wardrobes with cold-weather accessories, including the wide scarf with long tassels.

Some time ago, long tassels were turned into a fashionable accent by Bottega Veneta. Their Fall/Winter 2021 collection was rich in tassel-decorated clothes and accessories, from knitted dresses, maxi-length coats to palms.

This year, tassel improvisations were undertaken by Fendi fashion house designer Kim Jones. The Fall/Winter 2021 collection's coats were adorned with tanned fur collars and edges of clothing. Tassels can also be seen in other collections, such as Balenciaga and Chloe, which offered more casual versions of tasseled clothes or accessories, while extravagant ideas were presented by Etro and Alberta Ferretti.

Although the tanned scarf trend began as early as last year’s cold season, they only gained real popularity this year. Previously, such were offered only by luxury brands, whereas now long, tanned scarves can also be found in most retail fashion stores.
