Cooper, 45, had been charged with common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and stalking and intimidating former fashion model, Sarah Marsh, 40, during a dispute at the couple's Tamarama home in June.
Both were in court today for the matter.
Outside the court this afternoon, Cooper declined to comment but Ms Marsh said she was happy with the result, adding: "The truth came out, that's what I'm here for."
Cooper, who was born in England and has become one of Australia's best known designers, had previously pleaded not guilty to the charges, saying he would "vigorously defend" them.
