Zoran Aragovic was born in Virovitica in 1981. From age six onwards he lived ion Zagreb where he finished primary school and high school. After a short and unsuccessful attempt of studying at the Faculty of Law, he enrolled in the Fashion School Profokus n Zagreb, which he successfully finished after two years.
During his study, he participated in various fashion shoots for fashion magazines and television called BiteMyStyle fashion design. His media beginnings are tied to work with Ines Preindl, a host and journalist, for which he designed clothing and invented styling. He considers his first success to be his mini collection on the theme of the middle ages, shown at the final school fashion show, and one of the models was shown next year in Vinkovci, as a part of the Etno fashion show where he won first place.
He continues his cooperation with Croatian people that are well known through television and music, like Anda Maric and Lana Klingor, with the television show “Po Ure Torture”, Renata Sopek, RTL show hosts Paola Valic, Lollobrigid and others. He has successfully participated at the Zagreb Fashion Week a number of times, in Osijek as a part of the fashion incubator, and at numerous fashion shows and events where the young Croatian fashion scene is presented.
He also worked on various music projects in Slovenia. He created clothing and inveted the styling for the group Jaranja and Katelena, the extravagant Salome, and also edits the fashion editorial for the Slovenian lifestyle magazine Partysan.
The thing that makes his design recognizable is the simple and functional cuts, and the combination of various types of fabrics, various patterns and colours with eye catching and unique details. Take a look HERE.
Of world idols, at first place is John Galliano, because of his fashion theatre, Japanese designers, because of their approach to construction, C.Lacroix because of his fashion colours, W. Westwood, D Squared and others.
Besides clothing, he designs and makes unique bags, bracelets and belts, which in combination with his clothing makes a unique and eye catching BiteMyStyle style.
What Zoran is preparing for the Wella Fashion Week:
His collection is made up by 40 women’s and men’s creations inspired by Ibiza – a tourist destination for young people wanting a good time, electronic music, strong colours, eye catching glam, trash and glitter details.
The collection created with simple cuts and is geometrically solved, and is dominated by colour-play, and intensive colours that create certain dynamics on the clothing item.
The collection is happy and multicoloured, just like those worn on hot summer days.
It is completed by fashion details by Nine The Head Dresser, who especially flew in from London where he is currently working as a hair stylist for the Kylie Minogue Show, and the musical Lollobrigid live performance.
